Ocean Shores Washington-Family Resort
Ocean Shores, Washington began as a highly touted real estate development, but over the years it has settled into its present incarnation as a fine family resort town on the central coast of Washington State.

The 6,000 acre peninsula is just 75 miles west of the state capitol of Olympia and close enough to Seattle (132 miles) and Portland (165 miles) to draw weekend visitors year ’round. In fact, it’s Washington’s most visited seaside destination, with mile after mile of wide, sandy beaches completely open to the public.

The Secret To Looking For Work Abroad

Long-term travel is often a tricky financially proposition.
Unless you’ve been gifted an inheritance or a lucky lotto ticket, chances are that someone wanting to join the expat community in a foreign country will have to find work there. Teaching English as a Second Language classes is, by far, the job of choice.

Paris - La Ville Lumi??re
Translated from the French, the title means ‘City of Lights’. By now a commonplace description, there’s nothing commonplace about the place. Paris, for those who love… well, anything, is stellar.
With over 2 million inhabitants, 11 million in the Ile-de-France region overall, Paris is a metropolis second to none. A center of world culture for centuries, it hosts the most up-to-date museums alongside its ancient sites and sights.

Cond? Nast Traveler Readers? Travel Awards
For some reason I just love writing?lists, I?have been doing it since I was a kid; of the best songs of the year, countries I want to visit,?the cutest guys in school.?Now?I?make lists of things I need to do each day?(I call them my?daily targets), things I have to buy, things I?want to buy/am saving for, places I want to?see, useful expressions in other languages, short and long-term goals, dreams.?The best thing is?I never run out of topics and writing lists gives me a sense of control. I know where I am and I know where I am going - even if I don’t always know how to get there -?and the lists helps me remember what is important to me. ???

Is reggae taking over pop?
Is reggae taking over pop?

A look at the pop charts these days suggests as much, noting that two of this summer’s hottest hit singles come courtesy of Jamaican-bred newcomer Sean Kingston (Beautiful Girls) and Barbados babe Rihanna (Umbrella), both of whom incorporate heavy doses of reggae music into their hip-hop styles. Then there’s 19-year-old Kat DeLuna, who was raised in the Dominican Republic, also making serious waves on the charts and in the nightclubs with her thumping debut single Whine Up, which features Jamaican dancehall star Elephant Man.

VisitBritain now has dedicated luxury section

VisitBritain, formerly known as the British Tourist Authority and the English Tourism Council before they merged, now has a dedicated?luxury section on its website.? Whilst it has some useful information within it, it is also sadly lacking in some areas.? For instance, click on ‘First Class Travel’ under ‘Luxury experiences’ and you get some editorial that tells you to click on the links “to find out some luxurious travel options offered by our partners” but then no links are provided!? Oh well… perhaps that’s to be expected for VisitBritain…

Beauty Is In The Ride Of The Beholder

My idea of camping is staying in a hotel room without room service and a wall-mounted blow dryer. Give me a clean hotel room with 400 thread count sheets and a lanai I can walk out on so I may greet the early morning sunrise.
I long for a place with a cool swimming pool and hot tub to soak in after a long day of sightseeing.
